When processing personal data we use only duly chosen procedures and adequate means of securing personal data, so that we process personal data in a trustworthy and transparent manner in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) of 27 April 2016, as amended. The cited regulation is available, for example, on the EUR-Lex web portal (which provides access to European Union law) at <https://eur-lex.europa.eu>.
We hereby inform you that for the following purposes: responding to your interest in booking a viewing (hereinafter the “enquiry”) and related communication, including any legal acts of yours following from or related to this interest, the Controller will process the following personal data of yours, to the extent provided to it by you as the data subject:
first name and surname
e-mail address
telephone number

We inform you that the above purposes of processing represent legitimate interests of the Controller, so that it can handle the enquiry and take the necessary steps related to it.
We further inform you that the above purposes of processing relate to the processing of personal data which may be necessary for taking steps prior to entering into a contract and, where applicable, will also be necessary for the performance of a contract to which you would be a party.
If no service is ordered or contract signed on the basis of or in connection with the enquiry, personal data are processed for the above purposes for a maximum of three (3) years from the moment they were obtained from you; for a longer period, however, if, taking all circumstances into account, it is evident from your communications that the enquiry is still relevant to you.
Personal data are processed by the Controller, but personal data may also be processed for the Controller by the following processors:

We inform you that as a data subject you have, above all, the following rights:
the right of access to personal data, i.e. to obtain from the Controller information on whether or not your personal data are being processed and, if they are, then:
for what purposes,
the categories of personal data concerned,
the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed,
the planned period for which the personal data will be stored,
the existence of the right to request rectification or erasure of personal data from the controller, the right to object,
the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority,
all available information on the source of the personal data, where they are not obtained from the data subject,
the fact that automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place,
the right to rectification or completion,
the right to erasure,
the right to restriction of processing,
the right to data portability,
the right to object,
the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal or similarly significant effects,
